The G1 Business Centre is a landmark building built in 1879. Located on Leeds Road, Sheffield, it is in a prime location with direct routes in and out of Sheffield City Centre, as well as the new Olympic Legacy Park and Meadowhall and surrounding leisure facilities in close proximity.

The building was formerly a swimming baths and library with beautiful concrete floors and exposed beams, which have been carefully retained in its renovation.
